With over 2.4 lakh DPIIT-recognised startups and more than 130 unicorns now part of India’s innovation economy the ‘third-largest startup ecosystem in the world’ the right legal structure at incorporation has become the quiet precondition for scaling later.

We work with start-ups from incorporation through fundraising, advising on entity structuring, founder agreements, ESOP design, investment documentation, and regulatory registrations such as DPIIT recognition. Early-stage companies often postpone legal structuring in favour of speed, which tends to create complications at the fundraising or exit stage. Our role is to keep the legal foundation sound enough that it doesn’t become a bottleneck when the company is ready to scale or raise capital.
